Position: Office Manager for a construction company.
Location: North Hollywood, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:00PM OR 9:00AM-5:00PM
Duties:
1. Managing the office, overseeing all open jobs, and resolving construction problems.
2. Answering phone calls and emails.
3. Maintaining CRM and providing support to the project team.
4. Handling confirmations and doing accounting.
Requirements:
1. Experience in construction.
2. Accounting experience.
3. Must be organized and very detail oriented.
4. Computer savvy. Familiar with CRM.
5. Experience with QuickBooks.
Compensation: $4,000-$6,000 depending on experience plus bonuses.
