Finance Manager needed for a construction company.
Location: Mission Hills, CA
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9:00AM-5:00PM, Friday: 9:00AM-2:00PM
Duties:
1. Manage cash flow and billing.
2. Will oversee job costs and progress payments as well as day-to-day financial responsibilities for construction projects.
3. Report financial data.
4. Money collection.
5. Lender account management and oversee new lenders.
6. Oversee credit applications processing.
7. Resolve and respond to the lender’s complaints.
Requirements:
1. Experience doing finance for a construction company.
2. Computer savvy.
3. Experience in budgeting and management.
4. Experience with customer service.
5. Go getter attitude.
6. Experience with QuickBooks Desktop version, preferred.
7. Able to work in a fast paced environment.
8. Experience with DocuSign.
9. Experience with finance lenders (Goodleap/Aqua/Service/Flys).
Compensation: $6,000-$8,000 per month depending on experience.
