We are seeking a responsible, motivated, and eager-to-learn Office Manager to assist with the daily management of warehouse orders, returns, and general office tasks.
Location: Canoga Park
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Position: Part-time, On-site
Responsibilities:
Manage and process daily Amazon and warehouse orders
Handle returns and create return labels
Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
Communicate with customers when needed
Maintain order and shipment records
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and organization
Basic computer and email skills
Good communication and follow-up skills
Willingness to learn and take initiative
