Are you an experienced Office and HR professional looking for a dynamic part-time opportunity with a leading General Contracting Construction company? We're searching for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our fast-paced Newbury Park office.

What You'll Do:

As our Office and HR Manager, you'll be instrumental in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:

Front Office Management: Being the welcoming voice of our company, managing incoming calls, and handling email correspondence.

Team Collaboration: Working closely with our principal, accounting department, field personnel, clients, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and support.

HR Support: Assisting with various HR functions to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Administrative Excellence: Contributing to the overall efficiency of the office by providing administrative support.

Financial Assistance: Lending your expertise to the accounting department with tasks like accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, account reconciliation, and basic bookkeeping.

Construction Documentation: Utilizing your familiarity with construction releases, preliminary liens, and insurance certificates.

Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking a positive, goal-oriented self-starter who brings:

Prior Construction Office Management Experience: This is a must-have for success in this role.

Exceptional Organizational Skills: You're a master of time management and have an eagle eye for detail.

Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Spanish speaking ability is a plus!

Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

QuickBooks Expertise: Experience with QuickBooks Contractor Edition is a significant advantage.

Multi-tasking Pro: The ability to effectively juggle multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.

What We Offer:

This is a part-time position (4 days per week) with a competitive compensation range of $25 to $30 per hour, depending on your experience. We value our team members and offer:
