We are looking for a reliable individual to join our team. The individual will be assisting with the following:
Bookkeeping
Answer phone calls
Data entry
Assisting with payroll time-sheets
Must have the following skills and characters:
General computer experiences
Experienced with QuickBooks is MUST, with a minimum of 1 year
Microsoft Word and Excel
Written & verbal English Communication Skills
Friendly personality, Customer oriented and ready to service our customers
Able to multi-task
Following experience is PLUS, but not necessary:
Sales tax return preparation
Business hours are 9:00 to 5:00 Monday thru Friday.

Hourly rate based on experience.
