Job Description: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. The HR Administrative Assistant will provide support to the Human Resources department and assist with various administrative tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and employee file management.

Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

Employee File Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.

Ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements and data protection regulations.

Organize and maintain physical and electronic employee files in a confidential and secure manner.

Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process, including collecting and processing new hire paperwork and conducting exit interviews.

HR Operations:

Process HR-related paperwork, such as new hire documentation, employment contracts, and termination paperwork.

Coordinate employee training programs and track training completion.

Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Administrative Support:

Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.

Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Coordinate meetings and appointments for the HR department.

Maintain office supplies and equipment for HR use.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR Administrative Assistant or similar role.

Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Proficient in QuickBooks, a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
