We are seeking an excellent professional health care worker/ personal assistant that is available to work.

Qualifications :

High level assistant /Work in health care industry /personal assistant business

Have drivers license and car/ Familiar with Los Angeles and valley areas

Have great communication and marketing skills /Great attitude /High

Intelligence/ Strong mentally and physically /Respects Authority

Trustworthy /Honest /Ambitious / Have goals they want to accomplish

Seeking an apprentice who wants to learn senior housing business

Someone with good positive energy /Someone hungry for work

Fast pace worker/ Knows technology, computers, social media / Trainable

Ok with house pets/ Easy to get along with others /

Open to work and do whatever to get work done /Have working cellphone / Have happy/optimistic attitude about life

Professional and know their worth

Person must be good at their job and handles business

Able to manage other staff / Open to be house manager and do all tasks as a house manager if needed / Have worked amongst elderly and disabled population / Ability to trouble shoot and handle problems with ease

Have two verifiable past work reference related to job

Open to additional duties and task outside of the facility business /

Days must be flexible. Full - time position / Will work between facility homes doing errands and tasks.

Common tasks may include:

-sorting and filing receipts, invoices, bills, statements etc.

-Errands (grocery shopping, taking senior to Dr appointments, etc.)

-scheduling clients appointments (doctor's appointments, vet, etc.)

-House cleaning, some Laundry,

- dropping and picking up kid from school ( must have good driving record).

-house organizer, sorter, planner

-must have current drivers license, and car with insurance

-must be dependable and not have personal issues at home affecting dependability of being at workno drama.

-no dui

- clean driving record

-must be punctual

- responsible

-caring

-knowledgeable of the tasks and have actual experience doing said tasks.

- must be trustworthy

-some housekeeping

-cleaning experience and good Management/Organization skills required.

- help with home, office, facility cleaning and organizing.

- fast worker

- understand tasks and can execute effectively

- assist with house set up

-Must have a car/license/insurance, be able to pass a background check, have a good work ethic, and a positive, can-do attitude.

- Need good organizing ability.

- Someone who is able to help with household tasks, organizing, dishes, laundry, light cleaning/organizing and tidying.

-No recent tickets or dui, be able to pass a background check, have a good work ethic, and a positive, can-do attitude. Can be ihss worker certified as well (optional).

Must be fast, self starter, able to problem solve, sort and analyze tasks, ability to work up to 8 hours some days. This position is open immediately.
