We are Private Security Company who is looking for an experienced receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a team worker with experience and skills in office administration and an ability to perform bookkeeping tasks. Like invoicing and data entry.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Primary Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Answer incoming phone calls on a multi‐line phone system in a professional manner
Greet Walk-in visitors and employees
General administrative support including general filing throughout small office
Manage and track incoming and outgoing uniforms for field staff
Manage maintenance of office equipment including in-office telephone system
Process outgoing mail
Stock and maintain restrooms, kitchen, and office supplies
REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years administrative experience
Professional and courteous phone skills
Ability to effectively multi task
Ability to problem solve and work with minimal direction
Ability to perform minor bookkeeping tasks
1+ year experience with QuickBooks
Experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook a plus
Bi-lingual a plus
Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
