We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Full-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to various departments within the organization and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide excellent customer support
- Coordinate projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed
- Assist with office management tasks, such as scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
- Provide administrative support to staff members
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Utilize computerized systems to input and retrieve information
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus
College degree preferred.

Quick to learn new technology and software.
At least 2 years working experience.
