Position Overview:
As a Sample Coordinator and Show Prep Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sample management process and the preparation for the trade shows. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for fashion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize all sample inventory, ensuring all samples are properly labeled, stored, and tracked.
Coordinate sample requests and shipments, both internally and externally, ensuring timely delivery.
Assist in the preparation of trade shows.
Collaborate with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure sample accuracy and availability.
Maintain detailed records of sample movements and conditions, regularly updating relevant departments.
Assist with photo shoots, including sample selection and on-set support.
Handle administrative tasks related to sample coordination and show preparation.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sample coordination, fashion show preparation, or related roles is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with N41 software is a plus.
A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of fashion.
