Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Field Coordinator to manage the installation, service and warranty requests for our residential window and door projects. This role involves receiving incoming calls, scheduling service appointments, and conducting field inspections to ensure the quality of our installations meets each unique project standard. This is a hybrid position and will require both time in office and out in the field.

Responsibilities:

- Receive and manage incoming calls from builders, contractors, and homeowners regarding installation, service or warranty work.

- Schedule appointments for all service and warranty work, coordinating with customers and installation teams.

- Conduct field inspections to assess the quality of installations to minimize service requests.

- Maintain inventory of replacement window & door parts and order replacement parts as needed

- Communicate effectively with customers, installation crews, and management to resolve issues promptly.

- Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, and inspections.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a related field such as construction, home improvement, or building materials.

- Technical understanding of windows & doors is a plus; willing to train the right individual

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work on construction sites is a requirement.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for field inspections.
