Maintenance Assistant Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Perform established Preventative Maintenance and identify new PM activities, as needed.
Complete work orders on maintenance software. Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in training employees, scheduling and planning projects.
Team player-working with minimal supervision
Understand, follow, and implement all safety-related standards and practices
Targeted Skill Areas:
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Good organizational, cross-functional and interpersonal skills
Advanced knowledge of mechanical and electrical Schematics a PLUS
Must speak, read and write English (Spanish is a plus)
Qualifications & Characteristics:
High School degree or general education degree (GED)
3-5 years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience

Salary: $22.00 to $30 /hour Depending on Experience
