Are you an experienced personal injury attorney who is looking for an opportunity to independently represent Plaintiffs from inception to first chairing trial? This position will involve independently handling all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, court appearances, taking/defending of depositions, trial preparation, and trial work. We offer a unique compensation package – including both a competitive six figure base salary, as well as productivity/performance-based bonuses.
Job requirements:
Five years of experience working as a personal injury attorney
Strong working knowledge of civil procedure and evidence.
Experience drafting pleadings, discovery (both requests and responses), motions, settlement demands, and mediation briefs.
Experience working with clients directly.
Trial experience.
Ability to independently identify issues and to litigate strategically.
Strong legal and factual investigation skills.
Excellent written and oral communication.
