Are you a dynamic, tech-savvy leader looking for an opportunity to shape the future of a forward-thinking law firm? We are a rapidly growing legal practice specializing in workers’ compensation, seeking an Office Manager to oversee operations, integrate technology, and create synergy between our in-office and remote teams.

Our firm is at the cutting edge of legal technology, and other advanced integrations to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

With a global remote workforce, we need an experienced leader who can bridge the gap between virtual and in-office staff, fostering a workplace culture where employees feel more engaged at work than at home.

What You’ll Do:

Lead & Integrate Teams – Create a seamless working environment between remote and in-office staff, ensuring smooth collaboration and communication.

Enhance Operations with Tech – Leverage software tools to optimize workflow and improve case management.

Build a Positive Culture – Develop initiatives that make the workplace engaging, ensuring employees feel valued and motivated.

Oversee Daily Office Operations – Manage vendors, facilities, and administrative processes to keep the office running efficiently.

Support HR & Compliance – Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee relations. Knowledge of California HR practices is a plus.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in office management, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting

Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster a collaborative, positive work culture

Tech-forward mindset – Comfortable using MerusCase or similar legal practice management software

Ability to manage a hybrid workforce and drive engagement across teams

Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are highly preferred

Knowledge of California HR regulations and workers’ compensation law is a plus but not required

Why Join Us?

We are a fast-growing, innovative law firm that values leadership, creativity, and technological efficiency. Our commitment to modernizing legal operations means you’ll be part of an exciting, forward-thinking team where your impact is immediately recognized.
