Position # 1. Work Comp. Legal Assistant/secretary
Qualifications:
-Must have at least 6 months of worker's compensation experience.
familiar with requesting Panels, setting up Dr. appointments, EAMS Filing, ETC
-Must be bilingual: speak English and Spanish
-Must have a good attitude and be a competent individual with good communication skills.
Position # 2. General office Clerk
Qualifications:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented office Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining schedules, coordinating Doctor appointments for the clients, Requesting medical records etc
- Must be bilingual: English and Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or clerical training a plus.
- Proficient with Google Calendar and Microsoft Office, PDF files, scanning, emailing etc.
