As an Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. You’ll play a vital role in guiding individuals through one of the most vulnerable moments of their professional lives. Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, website, or CRM tools.
Conduct detailed intake interviews to assess case viability.
Record and maintain accurate case notes and data in our case management software.
Coordinate follow-ups and schedule consultations for attorneys.
Communicate clearly and compassionately with prospective clients, providing updates as needed.
Collaborate with the legal team to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in customer service, or intake role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Proficient with modern office and communication tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, CRM platforms, etc.).
Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
