Legal Assistant for Real Estate Law Firm

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support our real estate attorneys with the preparation of transactional documents, including loan agreements, resolutions, office and retail leases, and related materials. This role also involves providing general legal support services in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

-Draft and prepare a variety of transactional documents using established templates.

-Review and edit basic transactional documents for accuracy and completeness.

-Collaborate with attorneys, title and escrow companies, senior business leaders, and administrative staff.

-Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of organization.

-Provide support in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities.

Qualifications & Competencies

-Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat, with excellent word processing skills.

-Very strong proofreading skills

-Strong analytical ability and attention to detail when reviewing legal documents.

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset.

-Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage a heavy workload.

-Experience using Microsoft Teams and Zoom

-Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

-Prior law firm or title company experience is a plus.
