We're hiring attorneys and paralegals for mass tort civil litigation involving privacy violations and background checks.
This is hourly for attorneys and paralegals, and/or fee sharing work for attorneys, on excellent mass tort cases that provide for substantial damages and statutory attorneys' fees. The cases are strong with clear statutory violations, so motions for summary adjudication are often granted and attorneys' fees awarded.
