This position can be fully remote for the right candidate as long as you are a California licensed attorney in good standing with the CA State Bar. Job Description:
We are looking for an attorney who requires little to no supervision and who can handle case files from beginning to end (with support staff provided). You must have experience handling civil litigation files. We are looking for someone motivated and eager to excel in the practice of defending personal injury and civil litigation matters. The attorney will have an annual minimum billable requirement of 1900 hours (which translates to a 40-hour work week). The attorney will receive a generous productivity bonus for each hour that is billed by the attorney above the minimum billable requirement. This productivity bonus can generate thousands of dollars each month for an attorney looking to put in work above the minimum. However, this is not a firm expectation but is an option for a motivated attorney interested in benefiting financially.
Requirements:
Admitted to the California State Bar and in good standing
4-8 years of experience working specifically with personal injury/civil litigation files.

SALARY: You would get a base salary plus bonuses based on performance. The ability to bring in business a plus, but not required. Total compensation ranges from $125,000 to $165,000.00 per year plus productivity AND performance bonuses.
