Our boutique law firm with an excellent reputation and diverse clientele, is currently seeking a 2 -5 year associate attorney to join our dynamic civil, business, and employment defense litigation team. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding legal services, nurturing a collegial work environment, and offering competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:

Manage a varied caseload, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefs;

Participate in all aspects of civil litigation, including trials, court appearances, depositions, negotiations, and mediations;

Effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel;

Work closely with colleagues on case strategy, legal research, and analysis;

Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development, staying current on legal trends, and contributing to the firm's growth;

Requirements:

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

2-5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably with a focus on business law, employment defense.

Admitted to practice in State of California.

Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Willing to work overtime and/or on weekends if necessary.

A commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.
