For decades, we’ve built a strong reputation for excellence in civil litigation, with a particular focus on insurance defense, personal injury, construction defect, and employment law. Now, we’re looking for a driven and capable Associate Attorney to join our team.
What You’ll Do:
As an Associate Attorney at GDEL, you’ll work directly with seasoned litigators on high-stakes cases, handling everything from discovery and motion practice to trial preparation and courtroom appearances. You'll have the opportunity to grow your litigation skills, build client relationships, and play a meaningful role in resolving complex legal matters.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Representing clients in court, arbitrations, and administrative hearings
Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
Providing strategic advice on legal disputes and transactions
Negotiating settlements and advocating for client outcomes
Collaborating with colleagues in a supportive, team-oriented environment
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a mid-level associate with a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in litigation.
Ideal candidates will have:
3–6 years of litigation experience, especially in personal injury, construction defect, or insurance defense law
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
Courtroom or deposition experience (preferred but not required)
A collaborative mindset and a desire to build lasting client relationships
Admission to the California Bar and in good standing
