Boutique litigation firm seeks attorneys for litigation and second chair for jury trials in cases with statutory fee claims where there has been summary adjudication or clear statutory violations providing for attorneys' fees.
This is fee sharing work, or hourly and partial fee splitting, on excellent mass tort cases that provide for substantial damages and statutory attorneys' fees. The cases are strong with clear statutory violations, so motions for summary adjudication are often granted and attorneys' fees awarded.
