Small family law litigation firm seeking an attorney with the following qualifications:
- 3-5 years family law experience;
- Ability to self structure and independently manage a case from the filing of the Petition through Trial (while senior attorneys are always available to answer questions and provide guidance, we need an attorney who is comfortable handling all aspects of a family law matter);
- Ability to write clear and persuasive legal arguments (as well as supporting declarations, etc.)
- Proactive, accountable and driven to advocate for their clients.
The successful applicant will love a high energy work environment, enjoy collaborating with colleagues, and be interested in continually looking for ways to improve their advocacy skills. We are looking for someone who is hard working, comfortable drafting family law Request for Orders, and knows their way around a family law courtroom. Although we are a hard working and busy law firm, we are compassionate and value family time as well.
