Small family law litigation firm seeking an attorney, hybrid or fully remote, part-time or full-time, with the following qualifications:
- To assist partners and other associate attorneys with the drafting of Motions, Points and Authorities and supporting declarations, Trial Briefs, and other family law pleadings, and to conduct legal research when needed.
- Prior family law experience preferred;
- Good legal writing skills and the ability to work under pressure when there are tight deadlines to be met, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of our team.
- Proactive, accountable and driven to advocate for their clients.
