Location: Remote Mountain Setting (7,000 feet elevation)
Responsibilities:
- Full-time on-site presence overseeing construction project
- Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints
- Coordinate and accept deliveries, including driving down the mountain as needed
- Ability to measure accurately for various construction elements (e.g., doors, walls)
-exceptional carpentry framer skills
- Ensure communication with subcontractors to ensure project progress
- Manage general knowledge of construction processes
- Shared accommodation provided, along with 4x4 rental vehicle and gas allowances, plus a monthly pay
Work Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday 8-6
Trial Period:
- The first two months will serve as a trial period to evaluate compatibility and fit for the role.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Attend meetings as needed
- Undertake other duties as required in the scope of the project
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in construction project management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and live on-site
- Valid driver's license
