We are looking for someone with some knowledge in Construction (the more the better) but someone that also wants to learn and be part of a growing company. Looking for someone with lots of energy and who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty from time to time.
Roofing, Tile work, Drywall/Painting, Framing, Windows/Doors, Decking, Masonry, Electrical and Plumbing. What are your skills and knowledge on any or all of these? We would love to know.
However customer service skills and friendly personlaity are also very important, because there will be a lot of interactions with other workers and homeowners. Someone creative and can think outside the box from time to time would be great, maybe you have skills in photography or film/theatre, maybe you worked on a farm, or in landscaping, whatever is unique about you is great and we would like to know about it.
Need to have excellent communication and customer service skills, because communicating with homeowners, contractors, inspectors, etc. in a friendly but also informative manner, is a big part of the job.
Be quick on your feet and think ahead, great communication, work hard and be reliable, follow directions, work in a team environment, be responsible and respectful and continue to want to learn.
Need to have a reliable vehicle because a big part of the job is also going from one job-site to another to help manage any issues and get updates. Also helping with picking up small materials on occasion or whatever else is needed.
Need a reliable and new phone, taking pics/vids of upcoming, ongoing and completed work is also very important. So someone with a good eye and talent for that is preferred.
Bilingual is a Plus, but not necessary
