Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 PM to 3:00 AM

Position Summary :
A supervisor oversees the cleaning and maintenance of buildings and trains and supervises the custodial staff to maintain an orderly, safe, and efficient cleaning operation. A supervisor orders, stocks, replenishes supplies and provides the necessary tools and equipment for custodial staff to perform building cleaning.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure assigned properties are clean and maintained to the highest standard.
Assist in the training of all employees, ensuring that all employees have a complete understanding of the company policies, procedures, and expectations.
Efficiency maintains employees' work schedule daily.
Supervise cleaning employees, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness.
Promote a safe and disciplined environment with adherence to company policy and procedures.
Report incidents, procedures, or safety violations to management.
As necessary, function in commercial cleaning employee role to ensure work is complete.
Cover employees' shifts when needed/short-staff coverage.
Keeping inventory/supplies on track and maintained.
Additional assignments can be assigned for the demands of business operations.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
-English and Spanish (Required).
-Reliable Transportation.
-Previous supervisory experience
-Excellent attention to detail
Education and Experience Requirements:
-Lead or supervisory experience: 2 years (required).
-Cleaning: 2 years (required).
-Customer Service: 1 year (preferred).
-High School Diploma or GED.
