IND Construction LLC seeks Construction Manager (Encino, CA).
Duties:
Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, clients, architects, engineers, designers, and our in-house construction team to meticulously plan, coordinate, and execute projects within
specified time frames and budgetary constraints.
Exercise comprehensive project management oversight, ensuring seamless execution from project inception to completion.
Engage in thorough pre-planning, meticulous scheduling, adept contract administration, and foster robust client, subcontractor, and vendor relationships.
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and adept problem-solving abilities to navigate project complexities effectively.
Possess a deep understanding of project specifications, conduct precise quantity takeoffs, and exhibit profound material knowledge.
Contribute to the bidding process by evaluating subcontractor bids, analysing vendor material quotes, and facilitating progress billing.
Efficiently manage submittals and oversee finish schedule management for timely project milestones.
Proficiently handle Change Order recognition, pricing, and negotiation to maintain project integrity.
Assume responsibility for overseeing all logistical aspects, encompassing material delivery, equipment management, personnel coordination, resource allocation, and safety protocols.
Regularly communicate with senior management to provide updates on project timeliness and budgetary adherence.
Provide on-site support to customers/homeowners, facilitating seamless coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Regular drug and alcohol testing is mandatory.

Requires:
3 months training in building system in the US, plumbing electrical, permits law codes for building roofers and basements, finance options
48 months experience in construction
ability to read and understand blueprints.
