Position: Deck Cleaner

Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Deck Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our wellness studio’s cold plunge and sauna areas. This role ensures that all areas remain dry, sanitary, and inviting for guests. Responsibilities include but is not limited to:
Cold Plunge Area Maintenance:
Wipe down and sanitize cold plunges
Keep the deck dry and slip-free by regularly mopping and wiping surfaces.
Ensure all equipment (plunge covers, thermometers, etc.) is in place and in good condition.
Sauna Maintenance:
Refill water buckets and ensure they are clean and stocked with fresh water.
Wipe down benches and interior surfaces to maintain hygiene.
Monitor for any maintenance issues.
General Cleanliness & Organization:
Pick up and properly dispose of used towels, placing them in designated laundry bins.
Sweep and mop floors to keep the wellness areas clean and dry.
Restock necessary supplies such as clean towels and cleaning products.
Regularly check and tidy up locker rooms and common areas.
Guest Experience & Safety:
Maintain an organized and aesthetically pleasing deck area.
Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management immediately.
Qualifications:
Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience is a plus but not required.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleanliness.
Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting light objects throughout the shift.
Positive attitude and commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
