I have Airbnb properties—in North Hollywood, Atwater Village, and in Hollywood. We are looking for a reliable housekeeper (18+) to help maintain our units.
Job Details:
You will be assigned to three units, and your cleaning schedule will depend on bookings. Sometimes we may need to move you to a different studio if needed
Each unit is a studio apartment, so most cleanings take 30–45 minutes
Cleaning shifts are only between 10 AM – 3 PM. (After check out and before check in time )
You will have extra sheets and blankets that rotate between your assigned units, and you will be responsible for washing them. We will provide a preloaded card for laundromat costs if needed.
We provide all cleaning supplies.
Training will be provided on your first day, and you’ll receive a folder with a checklist to follow.
Compensation & Schedule:
$280 per week, salary pay paid weekly
If a unit has a long-term booking, you may not need to clean it at all that week or just maybe once a week , depends on the bookings
We will provide a weekly schedule in advance to help you plan. But it is still subject to change because of possible cancellations or guest adding additional nights
Requirements:
Must be 18 or older.
Reliable transportation to get to the properties as needed.
