Duties Description
Compliance Training Group (CTG) is seeking:
Human Resources professionals with experience conducting employee training, from on-site, instructor-led training sessions to live webinars for supervisors and employees, on topics such as; Sexual Harassment Prevention, Harassment and Discrimination, Substance Abuse Awareness, Diversity and Inclusion, EEOC-mandated corrective action, and Conflict Resolution. Ethics and Compliance
Law Enforcement professionals, Substance Abuse Awareness, Violence In The Workplace, Active Shooter Preparedness (Evacuation and barricade drills/simulation), response, and de-escalation.
This position is excellent for a retired professional or a self-employed consultant. It is not a full-time 40-hour per week position.

Requirements:

Professional in Human Resources designation a plus (PHR / SHRM-CP / IPMA-CP, SPHR / SHRM-SCP / IPMA-SCP
GPHR / SPHRi, PHRca.
Employment Law Attorney
Law Enforcement (ASIS: CPP, PSP and ATAP: CTM certification is a Plus)
Spanish speaking is a PLUS
· Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Must be able to speak in front of small and large groups of employees
· Must have strong computer skills and be proficient in PowerPoint, MS Teams, and Zoom
· Must be articulate, energetic, friendly, charismatic, and an effective communicator
· Must possess excellent writing, grammar skills, and command of the English (Spanish a plus) language
· Ability to periodically travel when necessary, throughout the United States, is a PLUS
· Must be a dynamic presenter with a positive attitude towards training and educating employees
· A degree in a related field and/or background in human resources, employment law, and law enforcement is a PLUS
