Upscale plastic surgery office and Medispa seeks a professional, outgoing, detail-oriented receptionist who will be a collaborative member of our team.
Full-Time only - M-F; 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

The receptionists act as a concierge for the practice and are responsible for the following:
Greeting patients, vendors, etc.
Checking patients in and out of the office
Scheduling patient appointments and confirming appointment prior to the date
Verifying new patient EMR is completed prior to the appointment date
Scanning and data entry
Answering incoming calls and emails
Maintaining patient confidentiality
Collection of fees from patients and entering invoices into our software program
Making sure patients sign consents and complete paperwork prior to treatment
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs

Requirements & Qualifications:
At least 6 months experience in a plastic surgery office or medispa
High-School Diploma/GED required; some college preferred
Flexibility of your schedule a must
Knowledge of medical software preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
Professional appearance and disposition
