We are seeking a Data Entry/ Purchase Entry/ Returns clerk. This position requires the individual to work in person in the City of Industry. Part-time and full-time positions available. Hours may vary. This position will consist of data entry, reviewing and assessing information, planning returns, assisting and following up on requests.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Manage inventory reports
- Data entry, report summary, item review for replenishment
- On the spot inventory look up and advising availability for Sales and Merchandisers
- Data entry, updates, and review based on requests from department buyers
- PO entry by entering purchase orders into MoleQ system
- PO creation for department buyers
- Enter pull sheets and update Unity with order information.
- Follow up with department managers and warehouse staff on order issues
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Bilingual in Chinese Mandarin highly desired
Previous data entry experience strongly preferred
Strong data processing skills
Strong typing skills
Must be able to utilize computers, software systems and tools
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
Strong attention to detail
Inventory experience is a plus

Pay: Starting at $16/hr + DOE
