DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead each shift and support baristas in delivering quality customer service
Prepare and serve beverages and food according to Starbucks standards
Maintain a positive and team-oriented work environment
Ensure adherence to store policies, cash handling, and safety procedures
Provide coaching and feedback to team members
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 18+ years old
At least 6 months of experience in customer service
Experience in delegating tasks and leading a team
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Authorized to work in the United States
