We are currently seeking a motivated, hands-on Lead / Supervisor to help oversee daily operations and lead our team to success. Reports to the general manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the management team in the daily supervision of restaurant operations
Lead by example, providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
Train, mentor, and support front-of-house team members
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to ensure a productive, positive work environment
Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints professionally and efficiently
Receive and manage catering orders efficiently
Support scheduling, inventory, and opening/closing duties as needed
Ensure all team members adhere to company policies and procedures
Should have experience with POS specifically TOAST POS systems
Qualifications:
1+ years of leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to motivate and guide a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest concerns with care
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Food Handler’s Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Benefits:
Compensation: $18-$20 /hr plus tips
Average: $30-$50 with tips
