The Fix Burger has been serving Silver Lake neighborhood since 2008. We have become a well-loved restaurant by our loyal customers. We specialize in gourmet burgers – thick and juicy, that’s how we love them. We serve angus, bison, impossible, homemade veggie patties and so much more. We make everything in-house and take pride in the quality of food and service. The Fix Burger is a small business, that feels like family.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Team Member, you will be an ambassador of The Fix Burger. You will be the face of the restaurant, meeting and welcoming guests and making sure that they have a great experience. Candidate must be a true team player, wiling to get hands dirty and do whatever it takes to keep the store running smoothly. We are looking for someone outgoing, friendly and responsible.
FOH MEMBER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greeting all guests warmly on arrival and guiding them on how to navigate our menu. - Managing walk-in, delivery platforms and phone calls
- Knowledge of operating POS/register
- Ensure our quality is correct and perfect before sending out orders
- Responding quickly and sympathetically to any customer concerns
- Adhering to all health and safety requirements, including food hygiene regulations - Liaising with the kitchen staff to ensure an efficient and seamless service
-Running in the orders
-Keep the restaurant clean and tidy (mopping and sweeping floor, wiping mirrors, glass doors, wiping down appliances, making sure the restroom is clean, restock the drinks, napkins, paper towels etc.)
- Inventory overview
-Making Milkshakes
- Be presentable, professional, friendly with a positive approach at all times
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least total 1 years of Food/Restaurant experience
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Quick and adaptable learner
- Knowledge of proper food safety handling / food handlers card
- Must be over 21 and comfortable to serve alcohol
