Our Company: Father’s Office is a gastropub by Chef Sang Yoon focused on pairing the world's best craft beers with great food. We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced AGM to play a pivotal role in our future development. We take pride in being a company of great depth with a focus on cuisine, ambiance, and exceptional service.

Who You Are: We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead by example, possess a strong background in day-to-day operations, and professionally uphold and maintain our standards of food, service, and hospitality. Self-driven, motivated, and goal orientated individuals need only apply.

Responsibilities:

Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, financial performance.

Liquor, Beer, and Wine Orders.

Assist with hiring, training, and mentoring team members.

Manage vendor relationships.

Monitor and analyze sales and performance metrics.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:

3+ years of managerial experience in the food service and hospitality industry.

Managed Bar Program, deep knowledge of Beer/Wine/Spirits

Versed in P-Mix and P&L reporting.

Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.

Critical eye towards improving processes and systems.

Professional demeanor, appearance and floor presence.

Proficiency in restaurant management software (Toast, Focus) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of local health and safety regulations and Food Handlers Management Certification.

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
