Kitchen Mouse, a beloved café, catering company, and bakery in Highland Park, is hiring a full-time Baker to join our team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work weekends.
Experience with laminated doughs and bread production prefered
Must be detail oriented.
What You’ll Do:
Execute production of laminated pastries, bread, focaccia, and gluten-free baked goods
Bake off and prep items for both retail service and catering orders
Collaborate with our chefs on seasonal menus and specials.
Maintain high standards for consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency
Foster a positive, communicative kitchen culture
COMPENSATION and BENEFITS:
Hourly Pay: $20–$24/hour DOE
