New Opening!
We are opening a fresh, Venice-beach vibes full restaurant with emphasis on pizza! Looking for someone we would enjoy being in the trenches with - someone organized, clever, and communicative.
PIZZA proficiency a must!
Together we will continue to decide on plateware, equipment, and finalize menu. Then we are going to blitz hire, and hope to open in August. The hours will be hard at first, but here's how we want to make you feel:
1)In-charge, as this is your kitchen. There will be labor targets, but we will rely on you to help make decisions.
2)Relaxed - Openings are tough. But once we have our "legs under us," you are going to be allowed to live a life, and we want to help to make it great.
3) - The salary is just the start. We hope to set some quarterly bonuses together, which would make us an extra 10-15% of your salary. Compensation will be 1099!
WE will start first 30 -60 days with intro pay phase, as we will be togo window to start
Start Date would be ASAP, with the first month or so a slow segue into the space. We can work out what this looks like with the right candidate. Interview also comes with a tasting, so we want someone who can take criticism and roll with the punches.
