I am looking for a partner or 2 with a background in hospitality, accounting, human resources, legal procedures. Big plus if you are familiar with working with the city of Long Beach with opening restaurants.
I have a few resources to help find a potential restaurant that may be for sale. I believe location is a huge factor in determining which direction the concept will go. Long Beach is a very small community and tends to embrace local talent. For example, I'm not looking to buy a Subway franchise, I'd rather open an independent deli instead.
I have a large network of Bartenders, Servers, Cooks, etc The one missing part of the puzzle is a partner that can be hands-on with the skills I listed in the first paragraph.
