We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Supervisor to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that all client properties are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. The successful candidate will travel between multiple client locations, conducting inspections, addressing issues, and coordinating with both clients and cleaning staff to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Regular Inspections: Perform routine inspections of client properties to ensure cleanliness standards are met or exceeded.
Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or feedback and ensuring client satisfaction.
Staff Coordination: Communicate effectively with cleaning staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback to maintain high-quality service.
Issue Resolution: Identify and mediate issues on-site, resolving problems quickly and efficiently to maintain client trust and satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspections, client interactions, and any issues or resolutions.
Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to consistently deliver high standards of cleaning.
Training: Assist in the training and development of cleaning staff to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.
Travel: Travel between various client locations within Los Angeles County as required to perform duties.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of [3-5] years of experience in the commercial cleaning industry, with at least [2] years in a supervisory or quality control role.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to mediate and resolve issues effectively.
Licenses: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in cleaning or facility management are a plus.
Attributes: Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Languages: Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
