Looking for the right candidate to join our Team, at Pest Innovations.

We are looking for someone who has experience working in a Termite / Pest Control Company.

We are based in Glendora, in the San Gabriel Valley. We service the Counties of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and the Inland Empire. We are a small but busy office. We are an Honest, Hardworking and a Reputable Company that takes pride in delivering great service.

As a Customer Service Rep. the focus is to answer all incoming customer service calls and schedule. Not only answering phones but responding to E-Mails. Learning our service areas, call types (Pests /Termites) and schedule the right Technician to the right call.

Writing Termite Reports, would be a Big Plus. but would train the right candidate.

This Job is Great for a someone who is caring for customers, loves to talk, help others, and is a problem-solver.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming calls

Identify and Help assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents within the Company Program

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Skills:

Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of Clients

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
