Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Quality Control Check Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting regular quality control checks across various cleaning accounts, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained. This role involves direct communication with clients, project managers, and cleaning staff to troubleshoot issues, provide management support, and document and relay information effectively. Frequent travel to different client locations is required, so a reliable vehicle is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control Inspections:

Schedule and conduct regular visits to various cleaning accounts.

Perform detailed quality control checks to ensure all cleaning standards are met.

Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to cleaning staff.

Client Communication:

Engage with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns.

Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.

Internal Communication:

Relay client feedback and inspection results to project managers and office staff.

Collaborate with the project manager and other team members to resolve any issues promptly.

Upselling and General Management:

Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to clients.

Assist in general management tasks as needed to support the cleaning staff and operations.

Documentation and Reporting:

Document inspection results, client feedback, and any issues identified.

Prepare and submit detailed reports to the project manager and relevant office staff.

Qualifications:

Language Skills:

Must be bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish.

Experience:

Prior experience in quality control, supervisory roles, or the commercial cleaning industry is preferred.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Professionalism:

Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.

Must have a clean background check.

Must have a reliable vehicle for frequent travel between client locations.
