compensation: $20 hour
employment type: full-time - NO REMOTE WORK. JOB IS FULL TIME M-F IN OFFICE 830-530
REQUIREMENTS:
3 YRS CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE (minimum)
1 YRS EXCEL and MICROSOFT WORD EXPERIENCE (minimum)
ATTENTION TO DETAIL
ABLE TO MULTI-TASK
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Support Associate is responsible on assisting with the following day to day task/assignments, which includes but not limited to:
Incoming calls / Outbound calls
Customer assistance/complaints
Account changes (DDA/DBA/Address/Phone/Legal changes)
TAX ID validation
Account Closures/ Notations
Chargeback/dispute notifications
Batch reports
Refund request
Paper order
Miscellaneous tasks and/or projects assigned
