Position: Customer Service Rep needed for a construction company.
Location: Encino, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday: 9:00AM-5:00PM
Duties:
1. Answer phone calls and emails.
2. Review contracts.
3. Opening files and creating electronic files in CRM. (Quickbase)
4. Administrative work.
5. Assist finance department.
Requirements:
1. Experience in the construction field, preferred.
2. Good communication and time management skills.
3. Must be organized and very detail oriented.
4. Computer savvy.
5. Able to multitask.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
7. Bilingual in Spanish, preferred.
Compensation: $20-$25 per hour depending on experience.
