Max Transport Inc is seeking an Office Administrator and Bookkeeper who is familiar with QuickBooks and speaks Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities:
Oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.
Answer emails and phone calls and assist in general customer service
Manage payroll functions and CalSavers
Maintain general ledger accounting records and assist in invoicing on a weekly basis
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations, including creating BOLs and forwarding to Dispatch
Requirements:
Proven experience in QuickBooks, accounts payable, payroll processing, and general ledger accounting.
Must speak fluent Mandarin and English
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
