We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper in the property management field. Some of your key responsibilities will be handling the bookkeeping tasks for the company. This includes tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, paying bills and bank reconciliations (Checking and Credit Cards). To accomplish these tasks effectively, it is essential that you have proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise accounting platform. We cannot teach you accounting or QuickBooks. Please do not apply if you are no prior bookkeeping or QuickBooks experience.

Responsibilities:
Manage bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations (Checking and Credit Cards)
Provide accurate and timely information on Financial Reporting
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and file documents
Develop and maintain an organized bookkeeping filing system
Skills:
Proficient in full charge bookkeeping and QuickBooks Enterprise accounting platform, Microsoft Office
Strong phone handling and active listening skills
Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt to different personalities and situations
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
Expected hours:
8 to 15 per week to start.
