Our company is currently seeking an Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing spreadsheets and analytical data for the company CEO. The work also includes preparing financial statements, analyzing data, and ensuring office cleanliness through proper filing and organizational skills. The successful candidate will have excellent experience in Excel, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Prepare financial statements and reports.
Analyze financial information and prepare reports for management.
Proficiency in Excel is a must.
Perform account reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.
Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
Provide assistance with internal audits.
Maintain office files and records.
