Job Duties:
Maintain and record financial transactions in the company’s accounting system
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
Reconcile bank statements and company records
Monitor account receivables/payables
Maintain proper filing of documentation and backup
Track inventory and cost of goods
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
Minimum Requirements:
Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
12 months of experience in bookkeeping or a related accounting role
