Used car Dealership in Sun Valley looking for someone with book keeping and finance knowledge.
Must be proficient in QuickBooks and know how to run payroll using QuickBooks weekly.
Task include handling accounts, receivable, and accounts payable through QuickBooks
Credit card reconciliation
Other tasks include answering phones, assisting customers with finance documents/ customer service, data entry, taking payments, filing, invoice reconciliation, etc.
Must be computer savvy and have experience with Microsoft word, excel, multiphone system and quickbooks is a must.
